Kickoff to Go-Live process diagram

What was said
The CSM schedules the kickoff call with the customer. In the kickoff they agree on success criteria. The CSM imports the customer data into the platform. The team decides whether a custom integration is needed. If yes, the solutions engineer sets it up before training. If no, they move straight to admin training. After training the customer signs off on go-live. The CSM schedules a 30-day review to check on adoption.
