Which plan you actually want
Free is the right starting point if you want to find out whether talking through a process produces a diagram you would actually send to a customer. Five saved flows is enough to try it on real calls.
Starter makes sense the moment you are sending diagrams to people outside your company. It swaps the Wavelength watermark for your logo, which matters when the artifact lands in a customer's inbox after a discovery call.
Pro is for people who map flows as part of the job rather than occasionally. If you are a sales engineer running several discovery calls a week, you will pass 50 graphs a month quickly, and version history and the shared team library stop being nice-to-haves.
Annual billing
Paying annually costs the equivalent of ten months rather than twelve on both paid plans: $99.90 a year on Starter and $199.90 a year on Pro.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. Up to 5 saved flows, no credit card. It includes voice and paste to graph, AI generate and edit, and PNG export. Exports carry a Wavelength watermark that cannot be removed on the free plan.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. And if you do not want to create an account at all, the live demo is a fully interactive flow with no signup.
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter gives you 50 new graphs a month, your own logo watermark, and removes Wavelength branding. Pro removes the graph cap entirely and adds version history and restore, email flow with an AI recap, all node types, pre-configured teams, a shared team flow library, and per-flow collaborators with invite links.
Is pricing per user or per team?
Per user, per month. Pro includes pre-configured teams so you invite your team once and collaborate on every call, rather than setting up sharing each time.
Can I remove the Wavelength watermark?
Yes, on any paid plan. Starter and Pro replace it with your own company logo, and you control opacity and position. On free it is fixed.
How does this compare to Lucidchart or Miro?
