Do I need a card to try it?
No. The Free plan needs no card. The 7-day Pro trial asks for a card, and after 7 days it costs $9.99 a month unless you cancel. And if you do not want to create an account at all, the live demo is a fully interactive flow with no signup.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free gives you up to 10 saved flows, 2 folders, per-flow collaborators with invite links, and 30 mic minutes per month. Flows on Free carry the Wavelength mark. Pro removes the flow limit and includes 10 hours of mic time per month. Pro adds unlimited folders, shared team folders, version history and restore, email flow with an AI recap, team invites you set up once, a shared team flow library, and your own logo on every export.
What is mic time?
Mic time is the time you hold the mic button while Wavelength listens. The diagram builds live while you talk. Free includes 10 minutes per month, and Pro includes 10 hours. The 7 day Pro trial includes 60 minutes. Typing or pasting a transcript never uses mic time.
Is pricing per user or per team?
Pro is priced per user. Teams use Pro at $9.99 per seat, on one subscription. Pro lets you invite your team once and collaborate on every call, rather than setting up sharing each time.
How do organizations pay?
An organization pays for Pro per seat. Each seat costs $9.99 per member per month, or $99.90 per member per year. The owner buys the number of seats on one subscription. Each member up to the seat count gets the Pro plan.
Can I remove the Wavelength watermark?
Yes, on Pro. Pro replaces it with your own company logo, and you control opacity and position. On free it is fixed.
How does this compare to Lucidchart or Miro?
Different job. Those are general diagramming suites you draw in. Wavelength builds the diagram from what you say, which matters most in the twenty minutes where you are still learning the process. Your Lucidchart maps come with you as Visio files. See Wavelength vs Lucidchart.
What happens when my trial ends?
On day 8, your card is charged $9.99 for one month of Pro. To stop the charge, cancel before then in Settings > Manage billing. You then keep the Free plan.
Does Wavelength train AI on my calls?
No. Wavelength does not train AI models on your audio, images, transcripts, or diagrams. Zero data retention is on for our Groq account, so Groq does not keep our request data. Read AI and your data.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel any time in Settings, Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Read the Terms.
Do mic minutes roll over?
No. Mic minutes reset on the first day of each calendar month, and unused minutes do not carry over. The 7-day Pro trial has 60 mic minutes for the whole trial. Typing or pasting a transcript never uses mic minutes.
