SaaS customer onboarding process diagram
This is a worked example. Wavelength built the diagram below from the description on this page. Nobody drew it by hand.
What was said
When a deal closes in Salesforce, the customer success manager gets the handoff. The CSM sends a welcome email and schedules a kickoff call. In the kickoff, the CSM collects goals and assigns an implementation engineer. The implementation engineer configures the account and connects single sign-on. When setup is done, the customer goes to training, and after training the account is marked live in Gainsight.
