Wavelength for Zoom
Turn the process a customer describes on a Zoom call into an editable flow diagram.
Every plan, including Free. The free plan needs no card.
What it does
Wavelength is not a Zoom app. It is a Chrome side panel that opens beside Zoom on the web. Hold the mic, talk through the process, and the diagram builds as you talk.
After the call, you can also upload the Zoom recording (.mp4 or .m4a) or the transcript file. Wavelength turns it into a flow that you can edit.
What you can do
- Build the diagram live beside a Zoom call on the web.
- Upload a Zoom recording (.mp4 or .m4a) after the call.
- Upload a transcript file (.vtt, .txt, .docx, or .pdf).
- Edit the flow with a prompt, a right-click, or by hand.
- Export the flow to PNG, PDF, PowerPoint, draw.io, or BPMN.
How to connect
- Add Wavelength for Chrome from the Chrome Web Store and pin the icon.
- Open Zoom on the web, open the side panel, and sign in with your Wavelength account.
- Hold the mic and talk through the process. The flow saves to your account.
- Or, after the call, open the app, click Upload, and pick the recording or the transcript.
Access and privacy
Wavelength does not join the Zoom meeting and does not read the meeting audio. The side panel uses your own microphone. Transcripts are never used to train a model.
