Wavelength for Gong

What it does

Sales teams review calls in Gong. Open the Wavelength side panel in Chrome beside the call review, play the call, and talk through the process. The diagram builds as you talk.

If you have the call transcript as a file, you can upload it instead. Wavelength turns it into a flow.

What you can do

Build the diagram beside a Gong call review in Chrome.
Upload a call transcript file (.txt, .docx, .pdf, .vtt, or .srt).
Attach the finished flow to a HubSpot deal as a note.
Send a recap with the diagram to the customer after the call.

How to connect

Add Wavelength for Chrome from the Chrome Web Store and pin the icon.
Open the call review in Gong, then open the side panel and sign in.
Hold the mic and describe the process as you play the call.

Access and privacy

Wavelength does not connect to the Gong API and does not read your Gong data. The side panel uses your own microphone. Transcripts are never used to train a model.

Common questions

Does Wavelength connect to Gong?

Not through the Gong API. Wavelength is a Chrome side panel that works beside Gong, and you can upload a transcript file.

Can Wavelength read my Gong recordings?

No. Wavelength cannot open your Gong account. It uses only what you say into the side panel or the files you upload.
