Website Lead to CRM and Slack process diagram
This is a worked example. Wavelength built the diagram below from the description on this page. Nobody drew it by hand.
What was said
A visitor fills out the contact form on the website. The form fires a webhook to the automation platform. The platform enriches the lead with company data. It checks if the contact already exists in HubSpot. If it does, it updates the record. If not, it creates a new contact. Then it checks if the lead is high value. If high value, it sends a Slack alert to the sales team. The sales rep follows up and the lead is stored.
