What was said
A customer reports a claim and the first notice of loss is recorded. An adjuster is assigned to the claim. The adjuster checks the policy for coverage. If there is no coverage, the claim is denied. If there is coverage, an inspector inspects the vehicle. The adjuster writes the estimate. If fraud is suspected, the claim goes to the special investigations unit. If no fraud, the payment is issued to the customer.
