Every night at midnight, a scheduler pulls raw events from the app database. A loader writes those rows into the warehouse staging table. A transform job then cleans and dedupes the rows, and writes the clean set to the analytics tables. If any row fails validation, it goes to a dead-letter queue for a human to review. Once the tables are loaded, the dashboards refresh from them. A data engineer reviews the dead-letter queue.
