Wavelength for Zapier

Send a flow to Zapier and route it to the tools Wavelength does not connect to directly.

Every plan, including Free. The free plan needs no card.

What it does

Zapier connects thousands of apps. Wavelength sends each flow to a Zapier Catch Hook as JSON. From there, a Zap can create a task, update a CRM record, add a row to a sheet, or post to any chat tool.

The JSON has the flow title, the summary, open questions, a link to the flow, every step and connection, and Mermaid code for the diagram.

What you can do

  • Start a Zap from Export, then Send to, on any flow.
  • Use the summary and open questions in a task, a ticket, or a CRM note.
  • Store the steps and connections in a spreadsheet or a database.
  • Render the Mermaid code in any tool that supports Mermaid.

How to connect

  1. In Zapier, make a Zap with the "Webhooks by Zapier" trigger and the Catch Hook event. Copy the webhook URL.
  2. In Wavelength, open Settings, then Channels and webhooks, then Add. Pick Webhook and paste the URL.
  3. Wavelength sends a test event so Zapier can see the fields. Then use Export, then Send to, on any flow.

Access and privacy

Wavelength stores the webhook URL encrypted and sends only the flows you choose. Zapier then follows the Zap you build.
