Wavelength for Excel and Google Sheets
Get the steps and the numbers of a process into a spreadsheet.
Every plan, including Free. The free plan needs no card.
What it does
Export the steps of a flow as a .csv file that opens in Excel or Google Sheets. Each row is a step or a decision.
The columns are step number, step, type, owner, status, active minutes, wait minutes, cost, and notes. If you connect Google Drive, Wavelength can save the file as a Google Sheet.
What you can do
- Download a .csv file with one row for each step and decision.
- Include the time and cost metrics that you set on each step.
- Save the file to Google Drive as a Google Sheet.
- Total the active time, wait time, and cost in your spreadsheet.
How to connect
- Open the flow. Set owners and metrics on the steps if you want them in the file.
- Open Export and pick Steps and metrics (.csv).
- Or, under Save to Google Drive, pick Steps and metrics as a Google Sheet.
Access and privacy
The .csv file is made in your browser and makes no AI call. Google Drive saves use only the files that Wavelength creates.
