Talk through a process. Get a diagram everyone sees.
Wavelength is a voice to diagram tool for sales engineers, solution architects, technical project managers, and the consultants who run process discovery workshops. Wavelength turns your calls and meeting transcripts into a living process map as you talk.
Speak the flow, watch it draw itself, then edit it on the fly, so nobody leaves the room
guessing how the data actually moves.
The problem
Describing a data flow out loud never lands. People lose the thread on technical calls.
One person sketches on a whiteboard no one else can see, another narrates a pipeline that
exists only in their head, and by the time the meeting ends everyone's picturing a slightly
different system. Wavelength fixes this by drawing the flow as you talk, so the map is
shared, visible, and correct before anyone hits "leave meeting".
One take. No mouse. Just talk.
A founder walks through mapping a process live, from the first sentence to the finished diagram.

Now in your browser
The Wavelength Chrome side panel puts the diagram next to Teams, Meet, Zoom on the web, or any tab,
so a process someone describes on a call becomes a diagram without leaving the call.

How it works
-
Talk through it
: Hold the mic, or paste a transcript, and describe the process in plain language.
-
Watch it map
: Wavelength structures the flow in real time, picking the right shapes and connections.
-
Refine & collaborate
: Edit with a prompt, a right-click, or by hand, then export a PNG or send an email recap.
Everything you need to map the flow
-
Real-time voice to graph
: Speak naturally and watch the diagram build itself as you talk, no drawing required.
-
Understands complex flows
: Branches, pipelines, hierarchies, systems, and owners, all structured automatically.
-
Edit three ways
: An AI instruction, a right-click menu, or click-to-reshape and reverse connections.
-
Confidence cues
: AI guesses show as dashed amber until you confirm them, so nothing slips in unverified.
-
Your brand on every map
: Add a logo watermark to the canvas and every PNG export, automatically.
-
Export & follow up
: Save and version flows, export a PNG, and send an email recap in a single click.
Where teams use Wavelength
-
Sales & solution demos
: Map a prospect's data flow live on the call so everyone sees the same picture.
-
Architecture reviews
: Talk through a system design and get a clean, editable diagram to share.
-
Onboarding & enablement
: Turn a walkthrough into a visual process new hires can actually follow.
-
Ops & process mapping
: Document how work moves across people, tools, and datastores in minutes.
-
Discovery & requirements workshops
: Map a client's current state live in the session, so they validate it in the room instead of two weeks later.

Frequently asked questions
-
What exactly does Wavelength do?
You talk through a process, or paste a call transcript, and Wavelength builds an editable diagram in real time. You can correct anything by prompt, right-click, or by hand.
-
Do I have to record the call?
No. Wavelength listens through your own microphone while you talk, or you paste a transcript afterward. It does not join meetings, does not dial in, and does not record the other party.
-
What happens to my transcripts?
They are stored on your account so you can revisit and re-edit a flow. Delete a flow and the transcript, diagram, and version history go with it. Transcripts are never used to train any AI model.
-
Which AI does it use?
Groq-hosted open models: Llama for structuring and Whisper for speech-to-text. Inference inputs and outputs are not retained by Groq by default, and your content never trains a model.
-
How is this different from Lucidchart or Miro?
Those are drawing tools with AI added. Wavelength starts from the conversation, so the diagram exists by the time the conversation is over.
-
How is this different from Gong, Fireflies, or Otter?
Those return a text summary. None of them produce a process diagram. Wavelength is the visual artifact those tools do not make.
-
Can I use it live on a customer call?
That is what it is built for. Dashed amber lines mark anything the AI inferred rather than heard.
-
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Five saved flows, no credit card. Starter is $9.99 per user per month, Pro is $19.99 per user per month.
-
Does Wavelength work in Microsoft Teams or Google Meet?
Yes. The Wavelength Chrome extension is available now on the Chrome Web Store. It opens a side panel beside any meeting tab, including Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom on the web. Hold the mic, talk through the process, and the diagram builds as you speak. It is included with Starter and Pro.
