Workshops and live sessions
Run the workshop on the map itself
Share the canvas with the room from one link. Capture the process by voice, sort the ideas with AI, and let the group vote on what to fix first.
Free plan, no card. Starter $4.99 and Pro $9.99 per month.
Everyone sees the same map
People join from a link with no account. They watch each step appear while the process owner talks.
Keep the session moving
A shared timer, dot voting, a laser pointer, and follow me keep the group on the same step.

Vote results stay on the flow. Open a timeline or a priority matrix, then export the deck for the recap.

What someone says"Each team adds sticky notes for the steps they own. Then we sort them, build the flow, and everyone gets three dots to vote on the step that hurts most. The top vote goes on the plan first."
- Step: Teams add sticky notes
- Step: AI sorts the notes into themes
- Actor: The room votes with three dots each
- Decision: Is this the top pain point?
- Yes branch: Fix it first. No branch: Backlog

Common questions
Do workshop participants need a Wavelength account?
No. The presenter clicks Go live and shares the link. People who open it watch the map and vote with no account.
Can I prepare the map before the room sees it?
Yes. Turn on private mode. The room sees a waiting screen until you click Reveal.
How does dot voting work?
Choose 1, 3, or 5 dots per person. Each person clicks the steps that matter most. You see the totals on each step and can save them on the flow.
Does the AI use my plan limits?
Sorting sticky notes and turning them into a flow count against the AI help on your plan. The live session, timer, and voting do not.
