Meet saves the transcript as a Google Doc. Pick it in the Drive picker, and Wavelength builds the flow.

Post the flow to Google Chat, or paste a read-only link in the Meet chat.

The Wavelength side panel builds the flow while you talk. The flow saves to your account.

How it works

  1. Add Wavelength for Chrome, or connect Google Drive in Wavelength.
  2. During the call, open the side panel beside the Meet tab, sign in, and hold the mic while you talk.
  3. After the call, click Drive above the transcript box, open the Meet transcripts tab, and pick the transcript.
  4. Check each dashed amber line. It marks a link the AI inferred.

Worked example

An insurance prospect describes claims intake. You restate it into the side panel:

"Claims arrive by email. The intake team logs each claim in Guidewire. Claims over five thousand dollars go to a senior adjuster."

What lands in Wavelength

  • A start step, such as "Claim email received".
  • A step for the intake team and a system node for Guidewire.
  • A decision, such as "Over $5,000?", with a Yes branch to the senior adjuster.
  • A question to confirm for the missing branch: "What happens when the answer to 'Over $5,000?' is no?"

Who uses this

  • Sales engineers: Map the prospect's current state live, then confirm it on screen before the call ends.
  • Consultants: Turn workshop transcripts into a first draft of the as-is process.

Security and permissions

The side panel uses your own microphone. It does not join the meeting and does not record the other people on the call.

Transcript import uses the Google Drive connection with the drive.file scope, so Wavelength opens only the transcript you pick. Wavelength does not train AI models on your content.

Common questions

Does Wavelength join my Google Meet call?

No. Wavelength does not join meetings. You use your own microphone in the side panel, or you import the transcript after the call.

How do I turn a Google Meet transcript into a diagram?

Connect Google Drive in Wavelength, click Drive above the transcript box, open the Meet transcripts tab, and pick the transcript.

Do I need Meet transcripts turned on?

Only for transcript import. Meet must save a transcript to Drive. The live side panel works without it.
