HubSpot integration
Put the process the customer described on the HubSpot deal, next to the rest of the deal history.
Every plan, including Free. The free plan needs no card.
What you can do
Log discovery on the deal
After the call, attach the flow to the deal. The note holds the diagram, so the next rep sees the process and not only text.
Prep the technical handoff
The note lists the questions to confirm. The solution team knows what to ask on the next call.
Cover a CRM without a connector
Not on HubSpot? Copy for CRM note gives the same summary as text to paste into any CRM.

How it works
- In Wavelength, open Settings, then Connected apps, and click Connect next to HubSpot.
- Approve access in HubSpot.
- Open a flow, click Export, then Attach to HubSpot deal.
- Search by deal name. Up to 10 deals show, most recently changed first. Pick one.
Worked example
A prospect's AP manager walks through invoice entry on a discovery call:
"Every PO lands in the AP inbox. The clerk keys it into NetSuite. Anything over ten thousand dollars needs the controller."
What lands on the HubSpot deal
- A note on the deal timeline that starts with "From Wavelength".
- The flow title and summary lines, such as "Clerk enters PO in NetSuite".
- The questions to confirm, such as "What happens when the answer to 'Over $10,000?' is no?"
- The diagram as an image. The file is stored in a Wavelength folder in HubSpot Files.
- On Pro and higher plans, a link that lets teammates open the flow. On Free, the link is left out.
Who uses this
- Sales engineers: Attach the current-state map to the deal before the solution design call.
- RevOps teams: Keep discovery output on the deal record, where forecasting and handoffs already happen.
Security and permissions
Wavelength asks HubSpot for four scopes: oauth, crm.objects.deals.read, crm.objects.deals.write, and files.write. It reads deals to find the one you pick, writes the note, and uploads the diagram image. It does not request access to contacts, companies, or emails.
HubSpot stores the image as a file that is not indexed by search engines but can be opened by anyone with its URL. Tokens are stored encrypted. Disconnect in Settings, then Connected apps.
Read the Trust Center and the subprocessor list for how Wavelength handles your data.
Common questions
Does Wavelength integrate with HubSpot?
Yes. From Export, choose Attach to HubSpot deal, search your deals by name, and pick one. Wavelength adds a note with the diagram and a summary. On Pro and higher plans, the note also links to the flow.
What access does it ask for?
Read and write access to deals, file upload, and basic OAuth. It does not ask for contacts or emails.
Who can see the diagram image?
The image is a HubSpot file that search engines do not index. Anyone who has the file URL can open it.
Can my AI assistant attach flows to HubSpot?
Yes. The Wavelength connector has an attach_flow_to_crm tool that adds a flow to a HubSpot deal as a note.
Which plans include HubSpot?
Every plan, including Free. The link to the flow in the note needs Pro or higher.
