Employee onboarding process diagram

What was said

The recruiter marks the candidate as hired in Greenhouse. Greenhouse creates the worker record in Workday. Workday sends the new hire to Okta, and Okta creates the accounts for Google Workspace and Slack. IT ships the laptop. On day one, the hiring manager runs orientation and assigns an onboarding buddy.
