Talk through a process. Get a diagram everyone sees.

The process map is done before the call ends.

Wavelength is a voice to diagram tool for sales engineers, solution architects, technical project managers, and the consultants who run process discovery workshops. Wavelength turns your calls and meeting transcripts into an editable flow while you talk. Talk through the flow. Wavelength draws it. Fix any step before the call ends.

The problem

A data flow described out loud is hard to follow. People lose the thread on technical calls. One person sketches on a whiteboard no one else can see, another narrates a pipeline that exists only in their head, and by the time the meeting ends everyone's picturing a slightly different system. Wavelength fixes this by drawing the flow as you talk, so the map is shared, visible, and correct before anyone hits "leave meeting".

Now in your browser

A side panel next to Teams, Meet, or Zoom on the web turns what is said on a call into a diagram. Free on every plan. Chrome 116 or later. Add to Chrome or see how it works .

Works inside Claude and ChatGPT

Connect Wavelength to Claude and ChatGPT and ask either to map a process, list your flows, or edit a flow. How to connect .

How it works

  1. Talk through it : Hold the mic, or paste or upload a transcript (Zoom, Teams, Gong .vtt, .srt, .txt, .md, .json, .docx or .pdf) or an audio or video recording, and describe the process in plain language.
  2. Watch it map : Wavelength structures the flow in real time, picking the right shapes and connections. The diagram builds live while you hold the mic, and a final cleanup pass tidies it when you let go.
  3. Refine & collaborate : Edit with a prompt, a right-click, or by hand, then export to PNG, PDF, PowerPoint, draw.io, Mermaid, and BPMN 2.0, or send an email recap.

From a recording : the call already happened? Upload the transcript (.txt, .md, .vtt, .srt, .json, .pdf, .docx) or the audio or video recording (.mp3, .m4a, .wav, .mp4, .mov, .webm, and other audio or video files). Wavelength builds the same map. Your browser turns a recording of up to 120 minutes into text, and its length counts toward your mic minutes.

Where teams use Wavelength

Built for the call, not the whiteboard

Lucid and Miro are drawing tools. Wavelength draws the map from what people say on the call. Checked October 2026.

Why Wavelength?

One canvas for every part of the call

See where the process slows down

Link a Google Sheet of times, costs, and owners to the map. Every step shows its own numbers, and the slow ones turn yellow or red, so the team can decide what to fix first. Rows match shapes by name, Refresh pulls the latest numbers, and the heat view ranks steps by wait time.

Run the whole call on one canvas

Map the process, run the room, and plan the next step without a second tool.
